Welcome to Crystal Morris. By visiting this website, filling out an intake form, booking a discovery call, or working with me in any capacity, you are agreeing to the following terms. These are here to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and a safe, sacred experience for everyone.

1. Services

Crystal Morris provides transformational healing services including but not limited to: Sacred Spine Activation, Ayama Kundalini Activation, Microdosing Consultations, The Power Pair, the 10-Week SPIRAL Journey, Sacred Medicine Ceremonies, and other offerings as listed on this site. All services are customized to reflect your unique needs, intentions, and healing journey.

2. Client Responsibility

By engaging with me, you agree to:

  • Share honest information regarding your health history, intentions, and any relevant background that impacts your work

  • Provide accurate contact and payment details

  • Communicate openly and respectfully throughout the process

  • Recognize that healing is a co-created experience and your presence, honesty, and commitment are essential

  • Take responsibility for your own well-being and integration after sessions

3. Bookings & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in programs or reserve ceremony dates

  • Remaining balances are due by the agreed-upon timeline stated in your contract or invoice

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms

  • Payment plans may be available for certain programs and must be arranged in advance

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty (one-time courtesy)

  • Session Cancellations within 24 hours of a session may result in forfeiture of that session

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future session or program when possible

  • For multi-week programs like SPIRAL, cancellations after the program start date are not eligible for refunds

5. Refunds

I honor the time, energy, and preparation that goes into every session and program. For this reason, payments (beyond deposits) are only refundable under exceptional circumstances, at my discretion.

6. Scope of Services

My work is somatic, energetic, ceremonial, and transformational in nature. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. You are responsible for your own well-being before, during, and after our work together. If you are currently under the care of a medical or mental health professional, please inform them of your participation in these modalities.

7. Sacred Medicine Work & Legal Compliance

Sacred Medicine Ceremonies and Microdosing Consultations are provided for educational, spiritual, and ceremonial purposes only. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. By participating, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own discretion and assume all legal responsibility.

8. Liability

By participating in any session, ceremony, or program, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You are entering this work at your own discretion and free will

  • Crystal Morris and any collaborating facilitators are not liable for personal injury, emotional distress, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

  • You release me from liability related to your participation, except where prohibited by law

  • Healing work can bring up intense emotions, memories, or physical sensations. You agree to take responsibility for seeking appropriate support if needed

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal information, health history, intentions, and session experiences are held in strict confidence. Please see my Privacy Policy for more details. Testimonials or case studies will only be shared with your explicit written permission.

10. Use of Website & Intellectual Property

The content on CrystalMorris.com, including written material, images, and offerings, is for personal use only. It may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

As with any practice, growth and evolution are part of the journey. I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, with changes posted on this page and a new effective date noted.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If needed, mediation will be pursued before any legal action.
