You simply lay down on a yoga mat, close your eyes, listen to music, relax, and receive.

This may lead to the body somatically releasing emotions that are no longer serving you, shifting into deeper states of awareness and heightened perceptions, strengthening intuition and self-empowerment, unburdening yourself from limiting beliefs and receiving clarity around your purpose and other areas of your life.
